From one riviera to another, this is SILCo. Rosa Pompelmo, a bright, zesty liqueur singing with citrus flavour. We squeeze each pink grapefruit by hand to create this bittersweet tipple. For a decidedly different pompelmocello, where others use only the rind, we use the whole fruit, to create less waste and more taste.
