From one riviera to another, this is our SILCo. Limecello, a bright, zesty liqueur singing with citrus flavour. We squeeze each juicy lime by hand to bring the zing to this tangy tipple. For a decidedly different limecello, where others use only the rind, we use the whole fruit, to create less waste and more taste.
