Exciting aromas of yellow fruits and flowers, tangy orange citrus too; juicy and refreshing, there is a little salty tang and a rounded finish. Pairs well with light appetizers, gnocchi home-made pasta with tomato sauce, pasta with zucchini, rise, fish or meat carpaccio, caprese with buffalo mozzarella, shellfi sh, sea-food dishes. Very good with Parmigiana eggplants and perfect on creamy cheeses.
