Slowly Reared Bronze Turkey Crown

Reared on the Padstow coast by the Banbury family who have supplied our turkeys for over 20 years.

The Bronze Turkey is a slowly reared bird that matures gently giving increased depth of flavour for the very best at Christmas.

Our Turkey Crown process - We will crown this whole bird for you by taking off the leg and thigh leaving the whole bird on the breast bone. You will get the leg and thigh to either cook separately or enjoy on another occasion. If you would like the breast de-boned please leave a message in the notes section stating 'Boneless'.

Here is our helpful size guide:-

10lb bird - serves a family of 6 

12lb bird - serves a family of 8 

14lb bird - serves a family of 10

16lb bird - serves a family of 12

18lb birds - serves a family of 14

This guide should leave plenty of leftovers for cold meats too.

This product will be available for collection or delivery from the 21st December, final orders for this product must be placed by midnight 19th December.  Please note that this product is of limited quantity and we reserve the right to remove it at any time. We strongly encourage you to order early to avoid disappointment.
