This is a high-quality horseshoe-shaped chorizo from La Rioja. Martinez Somalo is a traditional family business with more than 110 years' experience making chorizo. These chorizos are well-cured, made using sweet paprika. Their aroma is balanced with a preponderance of paprika in addition to notes of garlic. They have an intense long-lasting flavour, well-balanced between lean and fat. This horseshoe shaped chorizo is very versatile; it can be sliced and eaten as it is, or sliced and used in cooking. Free from additives, preservatives and colorants.
